
Emily Youngo has 10 years of experience serving the Georgia Court system in various capacities. She most recently served as the Deputy Court Executive for the Supreme Court of Georgia, where she assisted both the Chief Justice’s Chambers and the Clerk’s office with public affairs and policy issues. Prior to that role, she served as the Director of External Affairs for the Council of Superior Court Judges of Georgia, where she worked on court management matters, as well as legislative relations and public affairs. Previous to her time with the Council of Superior Court Judges, Emily served as an Assistant to Justice David E. Nahmias with the Georgia Supreme Court. She received her bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Auburn University, during which she interned for Senator Johnny Isakson, Congressman Tom Price, and Alabama Circuit Court Judge Jacob Walker. She and her husband have three young children and are actively involved in their church in East Cobb.
