The Business Court celebrates another important milestone as it begins its sixth year of operations. The Business Court began accepting cases on August 1, 2020. At the time, it was Georgia’s first new statewide court in 114 years. In the last six years more than 150 cases have been filed in or sought to be transferred or removed to the Business Court.
